An update on The Sweet Lady - I am still her but on a much lower scale. Due to all the red tape and rules with the health department, I have decided to shut down shop!!! Being a part-time small business owner especially when it comes to food is so expensive it isn't worth it. I can however continue baking for friends and family without all the expense and hassle!!! The bright side to all of this is - I still get to do what I love (bake), and I don't have to deal with all the hassle of being a small business owner!!! Another chapter closed.
I am so looking forward to what God has in store for me now, the next chapter!!! I know when a window closes He opens another one and I am ready to step through and walk out His plan.
As for us, we are all busy with life. Lindsey and Andy are working lots which means I get to spend lots of time with Ella. She is such a joy in my life!!! Shane is sharing an apartment with some friends, still working at Lowe's, and doing the Army thing. Drew is living at home and attending ORU. He loves it. He is such a blessing and has such a heart for God. Can't wait to see what the future holds for him. Adam and Isaac are doing school, playing basketball, and loving it!!!
God has truly blessed me, I have the best husband in the world, five wonderful kids, one wonderful son-in-law, and an amazing granddaughter. I am so thankful for all of them.
Until another day, be blessed!!!
